turkey tetrazzini...
I just made the WORST turkey tetrazzini -- AND it took me 3 hours. I am so disgusted. The recipe I used was the one in the Cook's Illustrated 'American Classics' cookbook. It was so dry and tasted horrible. And of course, it made a huge amount.

Anyone out there have a good turkey tetrazzini recipe?

2. Yanno ........ turkey or chicken tet ......... I've never liked it ......
..... turning out dry is a common complaint. It just always seems to heavy. The macaroni just sucks the liquid out of everything.
