Sometimes I'm annoyed with Bill Nyes performance in interviews, feeling that he, in making science topics accessible, leaves out crucial details or allows misconceptions to continue for expediency or entertainment value.
However I just saw him in an interview on CNN regarding global warming and current weather activities like the trio of hurricanes and early snows in the Rockies.
When asked if these storms were evidence of global warming he said "While these storms are too small to serve as proof of global warming, they are consistent with what we'd expect."
To me, that's perfectly said. So, well done, Bill Nye.
What are your thoughts regarding his interviews?
