Healthcare Question: As Congress scrambles to get everyone covered...

by insurance... or kind of close to everyone... or something like that... or to at least get a lot more people covered by requiring everyone have it, making it more affordable, and banning pre-existing conditions and all that... isn't it still quite possible -- and indeed likely -- that many people will continue to get buried under medical debt and declare bankruptcy?
