I personally know of several educators who've been unjustly hauled off to these places. Most occupants are 'troublemakers' or are guilty of knowing more about education than the malleable, neophyte principals that B. and Chancellor De-Klein are stacking the schools with. The extra payoff for the city is that if you can successfully 'build a case' against a veteran, you not only get rid of him/her, the city saves the pension money if the victim ( I mean "defendent") is ruled guilty of malfeasance and dismissed.

One guy I know ( innocent of the charges brought against him)became seriously ill from the stress of being caught up in this living hell.

Bloomberg's bad news folks; and he may be coming to a school system near *you*.
