I've watched about 15 minutes of the Figure Skating I think, but several hours of curling. I think I like the chess like strategy that is involved. Plus its more objective in scoring....
Yes, I admit, I have become a curling fan...:scared:

2. Me too.
Figure skating isn't bad but ice dancing is like watching paint dry. I've found curling to be much more interesting. Now that I sort of understand the rules, I find the strategy fascinating.

3. I love curling
It's all about angles. It's pretty cool.

Now, if my high school geometry teacher had been able to answer my question about HOW learning this would be helpful to me in the future I might have paid better attention. Curling and tennis both use angles. That's all he would have had to say.

4. I like both
though the average curling match takes quite a while longer than a 2-minute original dance in ice skating - even if you have 30 competitors. It's the network that drags it out. It doesn't really take that long.

5. Curling is sort of nerdy-cool...
but it is NOT hockey! Hockey, hockey, and more hockey!

6. I've actually found the curling to be pretty mesmerizing this time
It's the break-out sport of 2010! Although I confess, the sheer hotness of many of the competitors is adding a lot to my interest...
