Has anyone else found that internet access,
a credit card & a brazillion on-line used book sellers play havoc on the budget?

Just asking.

2. Cash and vitually any bookstore waxes my budget.
Over the past 25 years or so I've spent in excess of a 100K on books. Close to 30 tea chests full last time I moved. I was black and blue from knee to groin from carrying them.

4. Wow!
You must have a lot of valuable books. What are some of your best, if you don't mind me being nosy. I collect cookbooks & have several hundred now. I love the old ones.

3. Does make it easier, doesn't it?
;)

I'm also keeping my audio-book rental store in business.

5. I haven't got into audio books, but I can easily
see how enjoyable that would be. To listen to a book while I'm doing mundane chores would be so nice. Don't let me go there.

I read this forum all the time even though I rarely post. I see a book that looks good & go on line. Et voila! There's a remaindered copy for sale for only a buck. And there's another book I've been meaning to read for just a few bucks. And S & H is reasonable. Before I know it I've racked up a mere 20 or 30 dollars on a card. Well, do that once or twice a month & DH is giving me odd looks.
