Sorry I missed you; I would have come up with something. recently one of my biggest complains is the fact that there is so much price fixing going on and planned obsolescence to ensure that consumers have to buy things over and over again even when they were built to last much longer thirty years ago. This is made possible by the fact that they can use their market power to ensure that they don't have real competition except for other oligarchies that use the same tactics. To ensure this they use
slotting fees and other tactics to maintain virtual monopolies. I have written about this in a past blog a few months back in a blog about
Complacent Consumers having few if any rights and more recently ranted about the protests and other ways some of us can bring attention to it and the issues of consumer fraud in another about
Occupy Wall Street and Cash Register Protests. there will be plenty of other opportunities to get views across to Obama or better yet elect a politician who starts out by listening to the voters on a regular basis. this is all the more reason why I believe we should have election reform that is controlled by the public.
