What's up with the Election Incident Reporting System?

In past elections, the EIRS was instrumental in exposing the problems. All the calls that came in to 866-OUR-VOTE were logged into a database that was viewable to the public and we could sort all incidents by state, or by type, and we could analyze the data ourselves. I logged on to the site and noticed it hasn't been updated since 2005. Does anyone know if it's going to be used this year again, and if not, is there another site where we can access the data? This is really important!
