Voters' reports are still evidence
(This article starts out slow, but somewhere in the middle, the Author must have had a discussion with A 13 year old, because towards the middle the Author starts talking with Common Sense).

Tom Lyons Voters' reports are still evidence

SNIP...It would still be best for democracy, I believe, if the courts eventually grant Jennings access to the computer software code that runs those voting machines. Whatever the odds of finding something amiss there, she, and all of us, should have the benefit of that access.

Snip...I'm referring to all those voters who reported problems getting their votes for Jennings to register. Some reported that they touched Jennings' name on the screen, saw the X appear, and then found that their choice wasn't registered on the review screen. They said they had to re-enter it to make it count.

And if so, there was a machine problem, plain and simple.

Those accounts aren't proof, or even close. Some people could be mistaken. Others could be lying. But that is always possible with any witness in any case. The accounts are still evidence.
