THE woman who launched a political career on an anti-immigration platform is set to become an immigrant herself.

Only days after declaring she was finished with politics, the former One Nation leader, Pauline Hanson, has revealed plans to sell her Queensland property and resettle in Britain, potentially for good.

I don't know if any of you have followed this woman's career. She is virulently anti-immigration; a kind of antipodean Sarah Palin. She is pretty much a spent force in Oz politics these days, having spent a jail term for misuse of electoral funds (although I believe she was eventually exonerated).

It's interesting that she should make this announcement now, as the BNP gains steam. I'm betting that within a couple of years she will be at the forefront of the BNPs campaign to return the UK to white-only.

Yes, I've heard of her, though I didn't know her parents were themselves immigrants. Still, I guess she doesn't regard north-west Europeans as immigrants to Australia.

A criminal record is practically mandatory for senior BNP members. The only thing that may stop her with the BNP is that I think a lot of them are misogynistic too. "A woman's place is in the home" and crap like that.
