DFID vs US aid
DFID was one of the distinct initiatives of New Labour and has be heralded as a key example for other bilateral agencies to follow. Should the UK continue to have an independent department of international development? Is it also genrally the case that the UK and the British public are more generous and concerned about development versus that of Americans?
