Down here, you know, in 2009 analog devices will no longer work. Will you be facing the same thing up there?

1. Hey, one thing at a time..
Right now we're just coming to grips with legalizing insulin and adopting the twenty-four-hour day.

So that's a no then? Trying to decide whether it is worth bringing my tv up there or just buying a new one when I get there.

4. Well, thanks....
Been a fan of Mercer's for some time. I already knew about the minutes being longer, just as the degrees there are fatter. Whenever I am there, time slows down and I become much more relaxed. Proof enuf for me. ;-)

That still didn't answer about the digital tho. So, I found it myself:
"Canada has had digital stations since 2001 but no date has been set for a full move to digital."
http://www.cbc.ca/story/arts/national/2005/10/21/Arts/digitalus_051021.html

So I am happy to see that, once again, Canada refuses to follow the lead of the assinine leadership in the US whose sole motto these days is screw the little guy every way possible. I just sincerely hope that what is going on down here is waking up alot of people up there to realize how very important it is to understand who you are electing to office. :toast:
