How do I track an adoption in Canada?
I just found out I have a half sister. I have an approximate year and a name from the birth certificate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have any definite information. But as I understand things it probably has to go through the province and their rules. Perhaps someone with specific legal knowledge could step in.
