Help keep Milwaukee County at least a little sane. GOTV for Haas, et al!
We're down to the last weekend. Can you spare some time to help out?

I'm partial to/married to this guy:
www.haasformilwaukee.com

and would love to see many of you helping out.

But I also support this guy:

www.chrisabele.com

And this woman:

http://meaganholman.com/

And her, too:

http://www.kloppenburgforjustice.com/

And probably some others I missed. It's fair to say that there will be tremendous overlap between these candidates' voters, so GOTV for one will help them all.

Thanks! We'll see you this weekend, and at the polls on Tuesday!*

(Well, I'll be holding down the fort/making sure the kids eat, and I voted already, but it's a figure of speech. Anyhow.)

At the very least, if we're not ALL actively beating the pavement for candidates this weekend,

...all of us certainly can stop and make phone calls on our own: to our friends, to people we sort of know, and
people whose phone numbers we happen to have. (Anybody you think might be a good person to be walking into a
polling booth next Tuesday.)

You don't have to make them sound like robo-calls.

Open-ended questions, 'who you thinking about voting for?' are good conversation starters.

(And if any of you happen to know people who live in Jason's district, I'd say start with some calls to
those folks. I'd say he's a pretty good guy, too.)

2. Thanks!
:hi:

If you want to (formally) help out with Jason's campaign, contact his field guy through the Web site and he'll set you up with numbers. But you're right--talking up the good guys with people you know and making sure people vote will help!

3. I think they might be called "phone trees."
You call people you know and talk to them about the election.

Then ask them to call other people they know.

And so on.
