The Williamsburg Obama office located at the corner of Lafayette Street & Bacon Street will be canvassing at 10 am and 2 pm.

At 12 noon on Sunday 9/21, NBC national news will be there - to talk with people and see what's going on.
PLEASE BE THERE IF YOU CAN!!!!

1. My email said they're coming to show the "Palin effect" on the campaign

"...just got a call from the ever-charming Ms. Keeley at Obama HQ on Bacon Street. Apparently, CNBC is going to be at the Williamsburg HQ on SUNDAY AT NOON - THA'TS THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 AT NOON - to "show" how the Palin-age female-ocracy is NOT behind Barack!! Could this be farther from the truth???? NO!!!!!

If you are a middle-aged gal, SHOW UP AT HEADQUARTERS -- BACON STREET AT LAFAYETTE, JUST BEHIND THE WOK N' ROLL, (used to be the Three Olives) -- BEFORE NOON ON SUNDAY. We need the female contingent to show the WORLD - yeah, you heard right - that we are... er.... okay... regular attendees of hair salons and investors in better glass frames but not a bunch of fearful-assed war-accepting weepers. Gimme a break. Sarah Palin does NOT represent me and I'm sure she doesn't represent you."

4. They're doing regular canvassing - not a rally

Here's an updated email:

"...the 12 Noon meeting time on Sunday is for a canvass. I just wanted to make sure & let them (YOU -ed.) know so nobody would be surprised! There will be press, but we'll carry on with our normal Sunday canvass. We'll really show our dedication to the cause by going door-to-door & talking to our neighbors about Barack for a couple of hours. Thanks so much for all of your help."
