good cop? NOPE.
This upstanding crusader for the public safety was cited several times for his wonderful performance. However he apparently likes to assault people. This includes an apparent sexual assault.

It's not hard to understand why the city would try to get out of liability, but - that ain't gonna happen. They failed to follow up on previous complaints according to the court.

What is the problem? Sociopath? Alcohol or drugs?

Doesn't say whether criminal charges are pending. Surely there is no nepotism involved.
