The Dallas Morning News’ transportation blog recently asked, “Where is Kay Bailey Hutchison on Transportation?” (Source: Dallas Morning News)

The answer: through her decades of traveling between Texas and Washington, KBH’s transportation policy has taken Texans down a road to nowhere – leaving us stranded and snarled in traffic congestion while her transportation policy went around in circles driven by her political ambition.
The Real KBH record shows that the one road Hutchison always follows is the road that benefits her politically:

Yesterday there was a thread on DU pointing to at least 55 hypocrites on the public option. Kay is on the list. These are people in Congress that currently receive government-funded; government-administered single-payer health care - Medicare. And they oppose the public option! So you see "socialized medicine" is good enough for them but no you can't have any you lowly common people!

That's the actual phrase. Quien means "who". Que just means "what". Now that I think about it "What" is not a bad start for that sentence about those two.
