TDW Campaign School in Austin, Oct 28-29

The Texas Democratic Women (http://www.tdw.org) are holding a Campaign School in Austin. The theme is "Money, Marbles and Chalk". Break-out sessions will be conducted on such important topics as fund-raising, working with the media, developing and delivering your message, ensuring that a person is really ready to run for office, and how to reply to right wing religious messages. Session presenters will be individuals who are professionals in each of these areas.

Nick Lampson, a former congressman who's running against Tom Delay, will be guest speaker at lunch.
