is Ohio a red (ink) state ? still waiting for my refund...

I mailed my return in early March, it has been over six weeks, I am starting to wonder if our state's finances are in such bad shape (red ink all over) that they are withholding tax refunds for a "few extra days", since the dept of taxation doesn't have the funds to cover refund checks.

Anyone know ?

They do have a link that is supposed to tell us where out refunds are, but it has yet to give me any meaningful information:
