Is it really possible to get a decent apt in...

Manhattan for $1500 a month or less. (south of 96th St) I grew up in NYC (bklyn & Staten is) and wanna move back to the city in about a year or so.

...and remember that a NYC studio is basically a closet with a bathroom.
