Bob Gordon (D-38th District) won NJ Assembly as an incumbent.
Why this is important: Republicans around the country poured in money for this particular race. The district was redrawn with more republicans. Chris Christie flooded the TV airwaves, touting his "successes" and saying he needed John Driscoll (republican candidate) to complete his goals. And you know where there's Christie, there are Koch Brothers. The election was more than Bob Gordon and John Driscoll; it was a referendum on Chris Christie. And Christie lost.

To borrow from Joe Biden, this is a big fucking deal.
