Where's the outrage?
Tim "no new taxes" Puhlenty says we'll just steal money from the children instead. They don't vote anyway. How low can he go?
One percent doesn't sound like a lot and I am in no way affected by this. But I did raise a child and know that every cent matters. Men paying child support already pay a paperwork fee. I recommend writing your reps about this, some of them pay child support and I don't imagine they're very happy about it either.

1. Steal from the children because the children can't vote? WTF?
That's just idiotic. You can bet that these kids will grow up to vote DFL if that's the GOP attitude.

2. Hey, he already
cut funding to child abuse prevention programs by more than 50% last year. Obviously the creep hates children.
