Who will be the next DFL party Chair?
I have seen at least three candidates running for this position. Who do you think will win?

2. I'm supporting Brian Melendez for Chair, Donna Cassutt for Assoc. Chair
...if he's still in the running. I haven't seen any campaign stuff from him lately, so I'm not sure. He's the chair of the 5th Dist. and Minneapolis DFLs, a Harvard-educated lawyer (who also has a Masters of Divinity in Ethics), and is a true-blue progressive. That and he's a very nice guy who has a way with connecting with all kinds of people

I'm also supporting Donna Cassutt for Associate Chair. Donna is simply amazing-- she a solid progressive who has shown that she knows how to reach out to non-voting/non-DFL progressives and get them involved in the electoral process. She's been very involved with Peace In The Precincts and the MN for Kucinich '04 campaigns, and was on staff as MN's Progressive Outreach Coordinator for K/E '04.

IMHO these two would make a great pair leading the DFL onward. :)
