1. What is he going to do on Jan. 6?
Is he going to go along with Bush's election?

2. What happens if he does contest the election? It's a statment that I fear
will do no tangible good. I hope someone does contest it, but it will have to be someone about to retire because it could be political suicide and the outcome will be the same.

3. No! We need to stand up for clean elections
I sent a letter to Sen. Dayton last week asking him to join with representatives who are going to contest the Ohio electoral votes on January 6.

I see nothing wrong with investigating some very convincing evidence of widespread fraud. What if it's true???

4. If any senator should stand up, it should be Kerry!
If he, a principal in the election, doesn't see a reason to contest the OH electors, why should anyone else?

7. It's too bad Ohio doesn't have a Democratic senator
or that a Dem senator from a state where fraud or voter suppression demonstrably occurred doesn't step forward.

But Kerry called the signal on this play with his concession and that's what these other senators are reading.

As for doing the right thing, I think the most likely candidate for that action would be Sen. Jeffords, because of his Independent status and because he has done the right thing and put his country first before.

9. Apparently Kerry won't even be in the nation on January 6th
Something about an international tour or something.

Pitiful.

6. I fully agree. And, I know Kerry is fighting for clean elections going
forward. I am certain many of our representatives will do so.

The investigation will and should continue regardless of whether or not we contest the election me thinks?

8. Given that it's so damn easy, why not just do it?
Only one Representative and one Senator have to sign on board to contest the electors.

Just do it, and let's see what a Constitutional crisis looks like.

I bet it'll look a hell of a lot less tragicomical than spending more than a million dollars on every inch of the Clenis, and then turning "Impeachment" into a farce in front of the whole world.

Why go along with Bush's charade? Why?
