Jesse James' RNC Trial Day 2 Tuesday @ 2pm Court Watches needed
Jesse James Forrey, arrested at last September's RNC protests began trial this Monday. After waiting 11 months, forced to remain in the Twin Cities rather than his home in Santa Cruz, CA, Jesse is about to defend his innocence in front of Judge Paulette Flynn at the Ramsey County Courthouse in downtown Saint Paul. Jesse is facing a felony charge of criminal damage to property and up to five years in jail. His trial will likely last two to three days and all are welcomed to attend. Jesse deserves and needs our support!

If you are interested in coming to his trial, Jesse has asked that you please come respectfully, adhearing to court etiquette, remembering that your presence in the courtroom can/will influence the outcome of the case. If you have any questions please write [email protected] .

Following is an excerpt from an announcement made elsewhere:

Jesse Forrey's* second day of trial begins at *2PM on Tuesday August 4th* in courtroom 1140. The
lawyers will make their Opening Arguments and the Prosecution will begin
calling witnesses at this time. Then the trial will continue on Wednesday morning and go for as long as necessary throughout the week.

The Courthouse is at the corner of Kellogg and 4th, be aware that you will be screen by security as you enter the building.

Find out more about this very gentle and kind man who was protesting for all our rights.
