BREAKING NEWS Judge: Ek lived in St. Paul
http://www.stcloudtimes.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20051216/NEWS01/51216001/1001/NEWS01

"Stephenson cited a Home Occupation Affidavit that Ek signed July 9 that showed she identified 1258 Niles Ave. in St. Paul as her residence. Ek signed the form as part of a process to get a license to operate a home office at that address.

Ek testified that she didn’t read the document thoroughly and was confused by other parts of it.

“The court is unable to understand how a college graduate with degrees in public relations and journalism might have been confused by this simple language,” Stephenson wrote in his order."

1. Sounds like she was hung by her own rope
Playing fast and loose with the residency laws in St Paul to get the "right" tax status for her organization, and doing the same in St Cloud to be able to run for office.
