$500 to the IL 6th CD nominee regardless of who wins!

Some of you may have seen previous posts in which I promised to donate $500.00 to WHOMEVER WINS the Democratic nomination for Congress from the 6th CD in Illinois. Well today I'm reiterating that pledge.

As you know I'm firmly in the Duckworth camp, however I want the Dems to pick up that seat so bad that I attend to support whoever the nominee is. Tomorrow (the day after the primary) it all changes and we will have a nominee in the 6th CD and whoever wins is my candidate.

To prove that I'm not all talk should Cegelis win, I will share my credit card statements with a supporter (Kevin, Mo, Will Pitt) everytime I make a donation to her campaign. Any volunteers for Scott?

This is not a bet ("I'm so confident that if my candidate loses I will donate to your candidate") but rather my putting my money (and yes my time) where my mouth is as it relates to my commitment to winning the 6th CD.

1. If Scott wins...

...I'll gladly support him with both money and time. Cegelis is my first choice, but I'd be happy to see Scott take it.

On the other hand, in the unlikely event Duckworth is nominated, the only thing she'll get from me is my vote. My donations and volunteer time will go to someone else like Ruben Zamora in the 14th or Bill Reedy in the 13th.
