E-Mail Dianne Feinstein Regarding Alberto Gonzalez!

This difference in tone to form Emails I received from Dianne Feinstein gives me the impression she might actually be persuaded in this instance (compared to no-response regarding Condaleeza, a very disappointing response regarding Ohio, disappointing response regarding particular justices in the past four years, etc.). Who knows? I may be wrong, but it wouldn't hurt:

United States. I have been closely reviewing his nomination.

Judge Gonzales has come before the Senate Judiciary
Committee for his confirmation hearing and given testimony.

nominee's entire record before deciding how to vote on a nominee.
