3. So's Green Party.
Apparently the greens want energy policy that encourages local governments to build their own power generation facilities. I'm unclear about this, but I think they want community wind, solar, etc to decentralize power of big energy companies. They want more localized control too, so that the person you vote for to represent your neighborhood in county or city government is the person deciding what you pay for your energy and how clean it will be.

Apparently 80 has great restrictions that would prevent another Enron-style rape, but it also will make it harder for these local energy facilities to be built.

10. Voted NO on 73,74,75,76,77,78,80- Yes on 79
The progressive problem with 80 is that it is unfriendly as heck to co-gen, distributed gen, and new entrants and new technologies.

May prevent another ENRON - but it may block solar, etc.

11. YES! I also say "yes" to 80.
I know that there are some concerns from environmentalists about 80, but we simply must return to a well-regulated energy market. This is a natural monopoly. We're simply asking for more Enron-type fiascos if we continue as we are.
