Anyone have anything on Mike Hubbard?
I can't find any dirt on this man. I need some help by Saturday.

Thanks,

2. He's
the republican state representative for district 79 (Auburn area). I think that he's house minority leader. He doesn't have much of a trail aside from Bush ass kissing, and that's not going to hurt him in Alabama.

3. You can start with the fact that he favors "cronyism"
Edited on Thu Oct-13-05 12:51 PM by GrpCaptMandrake
Since that's a big no-no these days. Hubbard opposes any attempt to restore confidence in the crony-polluted Alabama judiciary.

http://www.decaturdaily.com/decaturdaily/news/051009/gop.shtml

"Alabama has the second-most money-polluted court system in the country, right behind Tom DeLay's Texas. Mike Hubbard likes it that way. Justice runs a distant second to cronyism for Mr. Hubbard and his Republican pals."

See how it works?

The other thing I would do is examine his business dealings in conjunction with the political contributions he receives. Since he's a Repiglican, and a fairly powerful one in the Statehouse at that, you shouldn't have to dig far before you start finding bodies. Check his filings in the last election. Not sure who maintains that in Alabama. Here in WV, it's the Secretary of State. Shouldn't take much effort.

5. Only a Freeper or Repiglican (one and the same?)
would think that elections bought-off by big money are "representative democracy." You don't have elections in your court system. You have multi-million dollar pledge drives.

7. But not at the forms of Jeff Sessions
Edited on Thu Oct-13-05 03:12 PM by GrpCaptMandrake
A "man" who sought dead rich people from Katrina to shore up his dumber-than-dirt plan to repeal the Estate Tax.

I'm willing to bet your grandparents and great-grandparents were all Democrats. Alabamians who lived through Repiglican disasters tended to vote against them forevermore. But some mouth-breathing gospel-sharp told you Dear Leader was Jesus' best friend. Is that it? Or is it your pathetic cry of "tax relief" when Alabama has the most shameful tax structure on lower income families in America.

You people aren't just crazy. You're mean.

8. Why do you ignore Shelby and Sessions? Shelby's contributions come
mostly from out of state individuals and PACs. He's a turncoat Democrat who ran from his party like a thief in the night.

His voting record is strictly pro big business and anti those who work for a living.

Sessions is a caricature of a senator who likes to say "I support my president". :puke:

Sorry Dopey but I want a senator who supports the people who elected him to keep and eye on the administration and make certain our money is spent wisely and our troops are not sent to die needlessly on foreign soil.

Sorry Sessions, but you're just another
