"Tax gap" and national security... er, what?
* asked how kerry was going to pay for homeland defense, and then made some bizarre reference to a "tax gap".

1. What is the chimp talking about? Is there some RW "tax gap" talking point that I'm missing?

2. Are folks realizing, and repeating endlessly, that the chimp has basically stated in a national debate that Americans *AREN"T PAYING ENOUGH TAXES TO PROTECT THE HOMELAND*, according to el chimpo's plans?

1. Bush is having acid flashbacks to Gore

He used that on Gore, claiming he was touting programs he can't pay for. It's an old Republican line, they roll it out every election.
