Waaah waaah booo hoooooooooo
http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/09/24/cheney.ap/index.html

"I must say I was appalled at the complete lack of respect Senator Kerry showed for this man of courage, when he rushed to hold a press conference and attack the prime minister, a man America must stand beside to defeat the terrorists," Cheney told several thousand supporters...

Who's on the defensive NOW!

I think that absurd press conference was the beginning of the end for these assholes. Points:

1. If Allawi is such a critical member of the reconstruction team, how can they justify taking him out of Iraq at a critical time and trotting him out on campaign stops? Smells like treason to me!

2. Bush has now publicly proven that he doesn't know Iraq from Afghanistan from his ass from his elbow.

1. Talking point I'd suggest: Cheney's dodging the issue again
Kerry raises some valid concerns about the deteriorating situation in Iraq, Cheney dodges the question and complains about some side issue or another.
