1. It's not the poll that counts, it's the trend
The trend is our friend!

2. If I am not mistaken....
FOX, believe it or not, never had Bush up like 9 or 10 points like many other bogus polls after the Repub convention...they actually never gave Bush a big bounce....if I am wrong about this let me know because I am not 100% sure about this...more like 85% sure.

:-)

3. What Bounce? Are you referring to the one concocted KKKarl
by having slanted polls conducted so chimpy would look good on Labor day, on the premise that whoever is ahead on Labor day wins? There never was a bounce.

5. I'd be comfortable with those numbers on election eve actually
(Although I'd rather have Kerry up by 5%)

8. While the national poll shows the trends
it is really the state polls that count.

There are essentially 50 separate elections.

9. Bush has 45% without Nader in the mix
When you add Nader, he goes up a point.

You mean there are voters who will only vote for Bush if Nader is added to the Race?

What kind of bullshit is that. I can understand if he takes votes away from Kerry, but to add votes to Bush deifies logic.

10. We need to find stories comparing Bush Bounce -vs- Collapse of Bush Bounce
Edited on Thu Sep-23-04 04:03 PM by RobertSeattle
Two week ago when the "Bush Bounce" myth was pushed headlines screamed it - but now that the "Bush Bounce" is gone you don't see equally screaming headlines.
