...as long as torture is covered up, justice has not been served.

It's Holder's job to ensure justice is served. (FAIL)

2. There was talk of trying to disbar the attorneys behind Bush's torture policies...

...but the Justice Dept. doesn't seem to have done anything about that yet.

Yet, that is precisely what is going on in today's DOJ.
