Why am I not surprised... Lieberman plans on backing Republicans in 2010 races

"I probably will support some Republican candidates for Congress or Senate in the election in 2010. I'm going to call them as I see them," Lieberman said in an ABC News "Subway Series" interview aboard the U.S. Capitol Subway System.

Lieberman infuriated fellow Democrats in 2008 by supporting Republican presidential nominee John McCain as well as congressional candidates Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y.

The one silver lining in the interview is this:

Asked if he will seek the Democratic nomination when he runs for re-election in 2012, Lieberman said, "That's an open question."

1. You're not surprised because he did it late last year.

McNope, and, by extension, Palin.

2. Bring it on, Lieberman. Connecticut voters may have had enough of your "independence"
Particularly if you succeed in derailing HCR.

7. I have a friend with only a passing interest in politics.....
.... she watches the news like a good citizen every night, but that's about it.

I joked leaving work the other night that I had to "get home to all of my Democratic buddies so we could discuss how Benedict Arnold had gotten all Benedict Arnoldy again!" and said, "Lieberman!?"

10. "Open question"? lieman takes a
crap on Democrats and then doesn't know if he'll seek the Dem nomination for Senator from Connecticut?!!

lieman says he calls them as he sees them..well, he's calling all the wrong shots and needs to have his ass fired. Too bad it's not until 2012.

I'll be on Kaua'i but will send money to his primary opponent and let's hope the majority of Connecticut voters will remember his lies and call him on them when he gets up and pontificates about shit and well, he's just a fucking LIAR.

14. He helped Bush steal the 2000 presidential election. Oh no, it was Nader who stole the election.
I forgot.

Leiberman, Bush and the Supreme Court had nothing to do with that.

So sorry for my mistake.
