Recruit and train, recruit and train, recruit and train
That is what the repukes have been doing for years. They are very aggressive about recruiting and training the next generation of repukes on a grassroots level.

That is exactly what Dems should do. I am not just talking about this election, either. Dean's Democracy for America is a VERY good place to start, but do you know how many little (and large)conservative organizations exist for the sole purpose of recruiting and training new republicans?

As creepy as it sounds, it's smart. And it's what the Democratic party needs to really focus on (that means all of us) not just now, but on into the future. I want TEXAS back, so I am doing my part to really shore up support for our eventual return to the Democratic party.

Who's with me? All politics are local and it's NOT a tea party. You have to be willing to fight and fight and fight and NOT BACK DOWN. We are representing the ideals of the Democratic party. If they are important to you, you will fight for them.

Did that sound creepy to you? It didn't to me.
