You know it really isn't up to me or you or the GOP or the DNC to say
whether or not President Obama deserves the Nobel Peace Prize...

The only people who can decide if the Nobel Prize was awarded correctly are the people that decide who wins the Nobel Prize.

That should be the only response from anyone when asked to defend Obama's prize.

If we keep arguing about whether or not the president is deserving then the Republicans win. The more we defend a decision none of us had anything to do with the more the GOP denigrates the political discourse in our country.

1. I agree! The media is all aglow about the "controversy" brewing
on the Internets on the subject of this prize.

They don't pay attention to us unless it might hurt this President,
I notice.

7. I think they have added a class in the Journalism School...
How to appear as if you are doing your job but in reality you are just sitting around talking to your friends on the job.

2. Anyone elses opinion is meaningless. Give out your own prize and money
if you want to give it to someone else

3. The Republicans rejoice when they see us fighting among ourselves.
And that's appropriate.

We do the same when we see them doing their infighting.

I agree with you...

6. Here, here!
I was just thinking the same thing. It's nobody's business on who and how President Obama was selected except for the Nobel Committee!

9. It's so simple...
But the more the GOP screams the less work the so-called journalists feel obligated to do...
