Jaysus the media is lame.

The WH, not the Pentagon, but the political arm of the WHITE HOUSE, orders the attack in Falluja stopped three days before the marines take the center of the city.

Now the marines will have to go in, after the election, and take the city all over again. Meanwhile, the insurgents have dug in and mined the roads and now the marines are saying the battle for the city will be very bloody and tough.

WHO FROM THW WHITE HOUSE ORDERED THE ATTACK STOPPED? WHO OVERRULED THE MILITARY?

And why the f**k isn't our media asking these questions!

2. The media will never ask that question.
Yes, that is a very legitimate question. But the media will not ever question the Chimpinator on that.

But they won't even question him on the CONDUCT of the war. They won't even question his competence, or the fact that the WH is overruling the military ....

I am so frustrated with the press right now ....

4. Here's the thing, if George Bush can order the Pentagon to stop attacks
...on Iraqi cities and towns, it can order the troops to also leave Iraq. The media can address that point. As for marines dying to capture a city at this point, I think Bush needs to be held to task as to why this is essential now that we know there are no WMDs, there never were WMDs during this adm, Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11, Saddam is in custody, his sons are dead and Bush can no longer justify American troops even being there let alone dying at the rate of 2 to 6 to 10 a day. Stop fighting and get out now!
