Is there truth to the rumor that Nader is filing FEC depositions?
Some trolls on the internet have said that Nader is going to file with the FEC to get Kerry and McAuliffe in trouble for interfering with his ballot access. It would be absolutely horrible if Nader got a lawsuit out of this. Has anyone else heard this, or is this just wingnuttery?

1. I have heard it too.
But have no idea if it is true. I heard it on the tv news (which still does not mean it is true.)

2. Yes, I heard it from his own mouth during a rally he had
shown on C-span several weeks ago. I was kinda enjoying his speech up until he spit that threat out.

He claimed that the Dems were intimidating registrars in their efforts to sign up Nadarites.... Nadar was pretty pissed off.

We'll have to see how it goes.

3. The FEC .
Think 3 r's and 3 d's. When they do anything its a year after the election.

Nader gets Terry and Big John in "trouble". What, with the homeroom teacher? The hall monitor? the assistant Principal?

4. How can a bankrupt campaign afford all these lawsuits?
