H.R.2454 (introduced 5/15/2009) Sponsor: Rep Waxman, Henry A. [CA-30]
What is the issue with this bill? what were you wanting to see passed on this bill that was not? I am aware that there is the usual pork attached, it happens with every bill, something I think needs stopped.

But what are the issues here, I have received several emails from environmental groups who are pleased to see this bill passed. So would you be so kind to indulge me with your bitching.
