Can't remember? Has there ever been an ad campaign for a SCOTUS nominee?
I just saw an ad during the NBC Nightly News from some independent organization that was pro-Sotomayor..it was basically a voice-over of the President's introduction of her yesterday with pics of them at the podium.

Anyone else see it?

I didn't catch the URL at the bottom of the ad as I thought initially it was the start of a news story.

Has this been done before? Maybe it's just some group that's getting out ahead of the RW smear machine. If so, good.
