or Congress. If you spend all your time complaining about the things you don't like here, how is Obama ever suppose to know that you are unhappy.

He doesn't come to DU or Daily Kos, you have to let Obama know what you want. I personally don't think that Cheney will ever see the inside of a jail cell unless 60% plus are demanding it.

That said, I am really happy that this issue IS NOT GOING AWAY, there is no getting over it or moving on. I'm glad that it is even in the news, I'm glad that Dick Cheney is being forced to go around and explain himself. I'm glad that his stupid children are the only people on tv really defending him. I'm glad that we are even debating about prosecution so early in Obama's presidency. Also I am willing to wait for justice, it takes time and we are right. Keep pushing, keep calling, keep talking. To quote Churchill, "America will always do the right thing, but only after exhausting all other options."

He needs us to force all the issues, those who think the fight would end the second he took office are lazy.

I'm not thrilled about plenty of things but unless us on the left push and organize and convince even more to people that our views are the right ones nothing will ever change. that some posters believe that DU is the source of all wisdom and knowledge and that if Obama only did things our way there would heaven on earth. It is easier to whine and complain than to actually do something though.
