2. It's fashionable to want to self-identify as "pro-life"--you want other
people to know that you find abortion sad and a terrible thing. I identify myself as pro-life, because I could never have an abortion--for me, personally, it would feel tremendously wrong. But I also believe it should remain legal. I think it's all in the context of the question.

5. You have to define 'abortion' precisely. Numbers vary with different
definitions.

But by most indicators, pro-choice folks are not starting to outnumber anti-choice folks the way that the population is becoming more supportive of gay rights. It's not happening on abortion.
