4. So $26 higher for two weeks of pay right?
My paycheck was exactly the same as two weeks ago. Looks like my company ain't following the stimulus yet.

5. I think my employer chose to do this sooner than many.
Here's a link to the IRS's website and the press release:

http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=204521,00.html

<snip>
The IRS asks that employers start using these new tables as soon as possible but not later than April 1. Most workers will see a boost in their take-home pay soon thereafter.

10. Cool, thanks...
That money is going straight to my car payment once my company starts following it. That'll knock my car payment down to around $384 per month.

I got mine this week too! This will counteract about half of what I'll lose when my pay cut goes into effect next payday.

8. I was hoping for it this week
but, alas, maybe next week. I had to take a part time job a couple of months ago, when my full time job was about to turn into a pumpkin. I could use the cash, no matter how trivial it might seem to some folks.

9. Or as TeamObama is calling it now..
"The White House no longer uses the phrase "stimulus package." They always say "recovery plan." Stimulus is yesterday. When you say it, they give you a wonderfully blank-eyed look and two sentences later weave in the phrase "recovery program." :)
