If Eric Holder really did issue a "secret promise" to Kit Bond not to prosecute Bush officials,
I will be forever disappointed.

Hopefully this is bunk (as Feingold said). Though why would Bond make it up?

aren't binding. WTF is a "secret promise" exactly? Did they pinkie swear on it?
