After 8 years, I can enjoy the evening news again.
It is a profound pleasure to tune in to the networks, cable news channels (except of course for you-know-who), and see what PRESIDENT OBAMA has accomplished today.

It's heaven.
:-)

1. I don't have to change the channel when the President is speaking!
I know I won't cringe with embarrassment because he said something unbelievably stupid.

I know I can wear my shoes while watching him and not be worried about the possibility of ripping one off my foot and throwing it at the TV (and then be forced to buy a new TV).

I know my ulcer won't act up because I so desperately want to smack that arrogant smirk off his face, but can't do it!

IT'S WONDERFUL!!! :bounce:

2. After 8 years, I'll watch the news again.
I also pretty much checked out between 1980 and 1992. Not that I'm a coward or anything.

4. I'm having problems with the news I didn't have with Bush.
I can't stand the criticism. He's not fulfilling his 500+ campaign promises like he said he would...then, Wolf Blitzer asked if Obama was bringing on his campaign promises too soon?

The poor guy can't win!

Go, Obama!

7. news media whores will work double-time criticizing obama after half-doing their jobs with bush.
mainstream, corporate-owned media outlets will work even harder to get their boys back in power.
