We got an ass-ripping today because of sales. 45 minutes of utter negativity. At the end, I asked to say something optimistic. "Go right ahead". This is George W. Bush's last day in office. A huge laugh. A bi-partisan laugh.

9. Yeah, babylon.
Really. They see how the business is suffering. Not the hard core. The Outliers. They hate Bush as much as we do.

11. Does that mean they have
hope?!

And while I'm at it, when would be a good time to buy a car that's about a year old? Hey, I can ask, because we're in the market and you might have a good answer. And thanks.

btw, did you go to the game or watch the concert? ;)

13. Now, babylon. Buy NOW. Trust me.
Yesterday was a no-brainer. I love sports. I love rock and roll. BUT THIS MAN INSPIRES ME. I watched the show. I've taken the next two days off to grasp this. Tears of happiness.

8. My sister is also in sales
for a conservative company. They have been ripping the sales reps daily and requiring an outrageous number of reports. Her company is closely related to the housing industry so duh. But, it's all the reps' fault.

I'm glad you had the guts to speak up. Let's hope things start looking up!

16. Thankfully not.
I don't think her company goes that far. But they are definitely old school and authoritarian. She's supposed to be in her car at 8am every morning, even though her accounts don't open until 9 or 10. She has to document every evening exactly where she was at every minute of the day. That kind of scrutiny stamps out any creativity the rep might have and leads to a defeatist attitude.

She wants to quit but can't because she has a chronic health condition and needs the insurance.

17. You know , Catshrink
The difference between Dems and Repubs. Democrats want to help people. Republicans want to feed their wallets. A vast generalization. But, essentially true.
