I'm still celebrating the move by Congress to humiliate him recently over environment.

2. A bunch of land-use bills rolled into one.
Rather than vote on 160 separate bills protecting parcels of Federal land, Reid did something right and rolled them all into one big bill. There was enough in there for everyone that it couldn't be voted down, where the smaller ones might have been.
