How about a "Million American March against The Corporate Media"?

Every city and every town can join in on the same day, same time, etc.

If we don't do something soon they will start reading their Rove Scripts that have a play by play move over the next two months.

How about two weeks from Saturday September 24th?

They have every excuse in the book why they need cable but they don't want Bush to get in again.

I would prefer to stay in my house and protest by unhooking cable or reducing it down to an Antenna signal box for $10.00 a month instead of marching.

I will do both!

Let's set something up to cut cable out for several months plus the march.

The only way that they will notice "Us" is to hit them in their pockets.

13. How about a "Sleep In"?

Candles and sitting in front of stations until the covered the news.

We could get sponsors for people that have to work and they could come by and change places with their sit in partner.

Plant our selfs right in the front of their stations.

We could get permits.

A march FOR changes Americans want/need to see made - how about a Million American March FOR
- media integrity
- re-instatement of the Fairness Doctrine
(please google if you're unfamiliar with this)
- return to previous reduced limits of media consolidation of ownership, etc.

10. How about a funeral for journalism?

People could march, carrying mock coffins with things such as "television journalism" "newspaper journalism" etc. written on the sides of the coffins. People could dress as widows, priests, ministers, rabbis etc.
