I missed hearing who the jerk was calling Obama's plan to rescind the Bush taxcuts a Class Warfare
a minute ago in MSNBC. Rightwinger threatening again... they should crawl into the ground and not reappear in a long time.

We, the little poor people, have had this war going against us for some time now. Fighting back isn't what they ever expected.

7. Ike Understood: Concentrated Wealth Brings Instability
In 1955,under Eisenhower, the top 400 taxpayers paid 51% of all income taxes. The top rate was 91%. Most families paid no income taxes; there was a $600 deduction for each dependent, and most families earned less than $3000 annually. There was no talk of class warfare, this was considered fairness.

8. Yep, Ike knew...
And no one freaked out about it, because it was the right thing to do. You can't ask most americans to pay 30+% in income tax and have those with top incomes paying 10% or less... mostly less.

5. Funny thing is....
Obama never talked about rescinding the top level tax cuts. His plan has always been to let them expire.
